Steps to Delete Your Account
1. Initiate Account Deletion Request
To begin the process of deleting your account, follow these steps:
From the App:

- Open the app on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the settings menu.
- Select "Security Settings."
- Tap on "Delete Account."
This feature is only available on our Android app for now. We will release it to our iOS and website soon.
2. Contact Support
After clicking the "Delete Account" button, you will be redirected to this article. To complete the deletion process, you need to contact our support team. You can do this through either of the following methods:
- Email: Send an email to our support team at support@bitflex.com requesting account deletion.
- Chat Bubble: Use the chat bubble located at the bottom right corner of our website to speak with a support representative.
3. Account Deletion Checklist
Before proceeding with your account deletion request, please ensure you have completed the following checklist:
- I have withdrawn all my assets
- I do not have any open trades
- I do not have any pending withdrawals or deposits
- Once the account is closed, I will not be able to access my unwithdrawn assets or trade
- My API keys will be deleted
- I will not receive any rewards from ongoing campaigns that I have joined
- I understand that all my data used will be deleted from system.
We prioritize your security and privacy. Deleting your account is a permanent action and cannot be undone. Make sure you have taken all necessary steps before proceeding.
