Is Coinflare insolvent?
No. Coinflare is conducting a voluntary, orderly wind-down. All customer assets are fully backed and available for withdrawal.
Will I get all of my money back?
Yes. Your full balance is available for withdrawal. There are no haircuts, delays, or conditions.
Is there any risk if I don’t withdraw immediately?
Your assets remain safe during the 6-week withdrawal period. However, we strongly recommend withdrawing as soon as possible.
After this period, any remaining balances will be transferred to a secure escrow wallet, where they will remain claimable for 12–24 months, but the process will be slower and more manual.

How do I withdraw my crypto?

Are there any withdrawal fees?
- Crypto: Standard blockchain network fees apply
Can I withdraw to a different wallet?
- Crypto: Yes, to your valid external wallet
How long does a withdrawal take?

3. Trading and Open Positions
What happened to my open positions?
You are required to close all open positions within 72 hours of the wind-down announcement.
After 72 hours, any remaining open positions will be automatically closed by the system at prevailing market conditions.
What happened to my open orders?
All open orders have been cancelled. Any locked funds have been released to your available balance.
What about pending funding rate payments?
All pending funding payments have been settled and credited to your account.
Can I still trade?
No. Trading has been permanently disabled. The platform is now in withdrawal-only mode.
I disagree with the closure price of my position
Positions not closed within the 72-hour window will be automatically closed at prevailing market conditions.

4. Flarepoints and Rewards Club
What happens to my Flarepoints?
Flarepoints remain redeemable until 72 hours after this announcement. After this date, they will expire.
Can I still redeem Flarepoints?
Yes, until 72 hours or while rewards inventory lasts.
Can I convert Flarepoints to cash or crypto?
No. Flarepoints have no cash or crypto equivalent and can only be redeemed through the Rewards Hub via Trading Fees Voucher.
5. Your Account and Data
Will my account still be accessible?
Yes, during the withdrawal window and grace period.
After that:
- The platform will go offline
- Remaining assets will be transferred to a custodian
- Claim instructions will be published at coinflare.com
What about my referral commissions?
- The referral program has been discontinued
- Earned commissions are included in your withdrawable balance
